BILL PAYMENTS:

We are pleased to handle utility payments such as water, energy, HOA fees, internet, and gas, which are automatically deducted from the owner's bank account for enhanced convenience and transparency. A one-time setup fee of $100 is applied for managing all these bills.

MARKETING & DISTRIBUTION:

Our marketing strategy utilizes top major rental platforms, including Airbnb, VRBO, HomeAway, TripAdvisor, and Expedia, to maximize visibility and attract potential guests. We also engage customers through social media, sharing captivating content and special offers. Our website serves as a central hub for direct bookings and exclusive deals, showcasing our properties with high-quality images and detailed descriptions. Additionally, we partner with travel agencies to reach travelers seeking personalized service. This diversified approach ensures our properties remain visible to a broad audience, driving bookings and enhancing our brand presence in the competitive rental market.

POTENTIAL REVENUE:

A vacation rental property typically earns about $10,000 annually for each bedroom. For example, a two-bedroom rental could generate around $20,000, while a three-bedroom might earn about $30,000.  Income can vary based on factors like location, seasonality, local tourism trends, and amenities. Properties in popular areas or with unique features may command higher rates. 

Additionally, effective property management, marketing, and guest experience can influence occupancy and income. Good marketing attracts more guests, while positive reviews can lead to repeat bookings, enhancing earnings. Understanding average income per bedroom helps property owners set realistic financial goals and make informed decisions about pricing, renovations, and marketing to maximize rental income.

OCCUPANCY RATES:

Aim for peak operational efficiency by maintaining occupancy levels above 80%, maximizing resource use and boosting productivity and profitability. This focus on optimal performance enhances customer satisfaction and strengthens our market position. Attracting and retaining tenants or customers is essential to achieving this goal, along with regular assessments and adjustments to meet evolving client needs for sustained success and growth.

FEES & COST:

We offer a competitive commission rate of just 15%. Additionally, there is a monthly maintenance fee beginning at $150, which includes contractor scheduling, maintenance and repairs, as well as the replacement of batteries, remotes, lightbulbs, and more. The owner is responsible for supplying materials. We recommend that you purchase the materials, and we will store them in the owner's closet on the property. We are pleased to offer a variety of complimentary items to our partners to support their operations. This initiative demonstrates our commitment to strong partnerships and provides the resources needed for success. By enhancing operational efficiency and productivity, we aim to uphold high quality standards and collectively achieve greater success.
